Pictured below are the new pine benches and coat rack/shelf that area resident Joe Smucker made out of the Village Christmas Tree that stood on the south side of West Liberty's Town Hall for nearly 6 decades. The plaque on the bench reads, "In honor of the West Liberty Business Association and the men who planted the Norway Spruce tree to be decorated during the Christmas season in 1963." The bench and coat rack/shelf are on display for public viewing in the Village Clerk's Office in the Town Hall.
