SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENTSThe last day for leaf pickup is November 30th. Please place leaves as close to the street as possible but not in the street or gutter. Leaves raked close or behind trees, fire hydrants, sign posts, mailboxes cannot be reached with machine. Also vehicles must be parked at least two car lengths away from piles or we will not attempt to pick them up as we will not risk damaging a vehicle. Please no sticks or yard waste in leaf pile as this can clog the machine. Thank you, West Liberty Street Department |
Garbage pick up is Tuesdays for the East side of town and Friday for the West side of town.
Curbside Recycling pick up is on Mondays.
The only items recyclable are as follows:
Debris is picked up on Wednesdays.
Anyone can have up to seven 5-gallon buckets a week without being charged extra and two 35-gallon trash cans of sticks without being charged extra. Leaves can be raked to the edge of street or boulevard and will be picked up once they start falling. (Do not put leaves in streets.)
