ADVERTISEMENT FOR SCBA BIDS
Village of West Liberty, Logan County, Ohio
Separate sealed bids for Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus ("SCBA") will be received by the West Liberty Fire Department until 3:30pm, October 27, 2025. Bids will be publicly opened and read out loud at 4:00pm. The bids shall be mailed or dropped off to Village Administrator, 201 N. Detroit St, PO Box 187, West Liberty Ohio 43357.

The bids of corporations not chartered in Ohio must be accompanied by proper certifications that such corporation is authorized to do business in Ohio.
The Village reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any, and all bids.
Each Bidder must deposit with their bid, security in the amount, form, and subject to the conditions provided in the information for Bidders. No Bidder may withdraw their bid within sixty (60) days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
