Notice is hereby given that the West Liberty Board of Zoning Appeals (BZA) will hold a public hearing on June 10, 2026, at 7:00pm in the Town Hall Council Chambers, 201 N. Detroit St., West Liberty, Ohio 43357. The hearing is to consider an application for a variance (BZA Case No 2026-002) filed by Schoenleben Holdings LLC.
The applicant is seeking a variance from the R-2 Medium Density Residential classification of the Zoning Ordinance to allow the conversion of the use of an existing building located at 357 Sidney Street, West Liberty, Ohio, into a small business operation. Tax Paracels 20-144-12-28-001-000 and 20-144-12-28-001-001. Interested parties may appear in person or by agent to express their views on this matter.
