Notice is hereby given that the West Liberty Board of Zoning Appeals (BZA) will hold a public hearing on May 14, 2026 at 7:00pm in the Town Hall Council Chambers, 201 N. Detroit St., West Liberty, Ohio 43357. The hearing is to consider an application for a variance (BZA Case No 2026-001) filed by 21 and Co., LLC.
The applicant is seeking a variance from Section 1145.01 of the Zoning Ordinance to allow the conversion of the existing single family residential dwelling located at 308 Reynolds Street, West Liberty, Ohio, into a multi-family residence consisting of three dwellings. Tax Parcel 20-144-12-06-003-000. Interested parties may appear in person or by agent to express their views on this matter.
