Detroit St., West Liberty, Ohio 43357. The hearing is to consider an application for a variance (BZA Case No 2026-002) filed by Schoenleben Holdings LLC. 

The applicant is seeking a variance from the R-2 Medium Density Residential classification of the Zoning Ordinance to allow the conversion of the use of an existing building located at 357 Sidney Street, West Liberty, Ohio, into a small business operation. Tax Paracels 20-144-12-28-001-000 and 20-144-12-28-001-001.
