​Nestled in the heart of West Liberty, Ohio, Stoner's Ice Cream Parlor is a cherished local establishment that has been delighting visitors with its nostalgic charm and delectable treats for over five decades. Located at 100 S. Detroit St., this family-owned gem offers a warm, welcoming atmosphere that harks back to simpler times.​

A Legacy of Sweet Memories
Originally established in the early 1970s, the building that houses Stoner's Ice Cream Parlor has a rich history, having once served as the local post office and later as an Arctic Cat dealership. In 2018, Jeff and Kelli Stoner took the reins, continuing the tradition of serving up smiles and scoops to the community. Their daughter, Shae, currently attending The Ohio State University, is often seen behind the counter, embodying the family spirit that defines the parlor. Jeff and Kelli Stoner support the Lions Club and West Liberty Business Association along with many other organizations within the county.

A Flavor for Every Palate
Stoner's Ice Cream Parlor boasts an impressive selection of over 40 flavors, ensuring there's something for everyone. From classic favorites to unique concoctions, each scoop is crafted with care. The parlor is particularly proud to serve Perry's Ice Cream, a New York-based brand with a century-long legacy. Notably, Stoner's holds the distinction of being the top seller of Perry's hand-dipped ice cream in Ohio. ​

A Community Cornerstone
Beyond its delicious offerings, Stoner's Ice Cream Parlor is a cornerstone of the West Liberty community. The establishment employs around 15 local high school students, providing them with valuable work experience and fostering a sense of community pride. The Stoners are deeply committed to maintaining the parlor's legacy, aiming to create an environment where patrons can relive the joy of their childhood visits.
